Spend some time getting to know your secretary, either through some nice quiet moments or by taking her to the lab and conducting a temporary body swap.
If you kept your political rival alive, take him to the lab to permanently turn him into a woman. Note that it requires visiting the lab previously and (if he was put under house arrest) having met his wife and kids previously.
Grow your administration with the addition of a new intern. She has some interesting viewpoints that will no doubt change as she spends more time with you… This scene is male only right now but accessible by everyone.
